The California Association of Orthodontists' Bite Down Early kit is designed to help the public understand the advantages of orthodontic detection and treatment.

The kit has been field tested nationally and found to be simple to use and most effective: just tear off the ruler and place against the lower front teeth to determine the extent of malocclusion.

To order Bite Down Early, download and print this PDF file of the order form. Complete the form and fax or mail it to CAO as instructed.

Pricing

Bite Down Early Kits are $55 for each 50; quantity discounts apply plus sales tax where applicable. Shipping is included.

Minimum orders are 50 booklets. Please order in increments of 50 (e.g.,. 150, 200, etc.).

In addition to making the Bite Down Early kits available in their waiting rooms, some orthodontists distribute them to their referring dentists and other dental colleagues so they may provide an easy, painless way of demonstrating to patients and parents of patients that it is time to make an appointment for an orthodontic exam.

Others will ask patients to give the kit to friends and neighbors. Many orthodontists will distribute these kits at schools, fairs or presentations.

You may want to imprint your own name and address on the cover prior to distribution.
