Pricing

Bite Down Early Kits are $110 per 100, plus shipping and sales tax where applicable

Confirmations of Orders

Confirmations are given on online orders.  If you wish to confirm a fax receipt, please set your fax machine to confirm transmission or email orders@aaortho.org

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed upon receipt. Delivery takes less than a week.

Rush Orders

For an additional fee, you can request a RUSH order, which will shorten delivery time to less than a week.  There is an additional cost to RUSH orders.  Just indicate that you want a RUSH somewhere in your order.
